Refund And Cancellation

No members less than 21 years of age are accepted. It is each member's responsibility to abide by the gambling and taxation laws of their respective jurisdictions. Each member agrees and understands that all wagered financial transactions are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to void any card transactions.

 
Players who make a deposit to the casino account are under no obligation to play any games unless the Player has received a bonus and then Wagering requirements will apply. You may request a refund at any time by sending an email to support. Where /if possible the casino will cancel the transaction or refund directly to the credit card used to make the account deposit, but in some cases we may not be able to do this due to credit card processing regulations.
 
In the event that we are not able to cancel a transaction or refund directly to a credit card, a refund sent directly to a nominated bank account. Additionally Moneybookers will be offered. Some verification from the cardholder may be required in the event that we are not able to refund directly to a card.
